Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, Bury.

Over the last few years, Cormar has continued to expand and as a consequence of a retirement in its Sales team require a self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic individual to join their Management team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and working with a team of Sales representatives who sell to independent carpet retailers.

The role involves working with the Managing Director and two other Regional Managers to develop and implement sales and growth strategies. The applicant must have good commercial skills and a proven track record.

Applicants must have good written and spoken communication skills, the ability to get on with people and work as a team player.

Much of this role will involve motivating, supporting and developing the team. Applicants must also be able to prioritise work and respond well under pressure. 

Knowledge of the carpet trade is not essential. However experience in managing and directing a sales team is vital.
