Hunter Douglas, the world leader in window coverings, has added to its huge portfolio of companies.

The group has completed the acquisition of UK distributor of packaged window covering products and drapery hardware Integra.

Integra, which has its headquarters in Tamworth, has annual sales of about £9m and employs 20 people. Terms were not disclosed.

Hunter Douglas says it will combine Integra with its UK Sunflex division.

The group is made up of 168 companies and had sales of £1.56bn last year.
