Kerry to retire
Norma Kerry, Parker + Farr md is to retire later this month.
Kerry, who has been at the upmarket upholstery manufacturer for 37 years will leave after the Long Eaton company's 14-17 May At Home show.
Kerry joined the company in 1975 as an office junior and rose through the ranks to become one of the few women mds in the interiors industry at the time.
'I will miss my friends in the industry,' she said when asked about her retirement plans.
In 2010 Kerry was awarded the Women in Furnishing Lifetime Achievement award.
