Classic heads south-west with second store
Wolverhampton furniture retailer Classic Furniture is to target shoppers in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and south Wales with its second outlet.
The company is refurbishing the former Walmsley's store on Station Road, Gloucester which has been empty since 2012.
'It's a lovely showroom and a great building in the heart of the city centre which was just sitting empty for years, so it's great that we are moving here. The unit is beautiful and we love the glass frontage,' says Raj Kumar, Classic Furniture owner.
The store is expected to create up to 20 jobs.
Classic Furniture was founded in Wolverhampton in 1977 and specialises in Italian furniture.
