M&S reshuffles home management
Marks and Spencer has reshuffled its home management as part of wider non-food changes.
Damian Guha, trading director of home will be moved from the role to an as yet unknown 'new role' next March when he will be succeeded by Stephanie Chen, House of Fraser executive director for womenswear, fashion accessories and lingerie. She will also be in charge of childrenswear.
'We are delighted to be attracting retailers like Stephanie to the general merchandise team,' says John Dixon, Marks and Spencer executive director of general merchandise. 'Her skills and experience, combined with our considerable internal talent, will help to drive our clothing and home business forward.'
Chen's career has mainly been in senior roles in clothing for retailers including Debenhams, BhS and River Island.
